Issues with HRC Reservation Website?

Hello Fellow HRC Owners,

I'm trying to see what is available in September at some of the Colorado locations at the "Make a Reservation" page. Although many units are available at the CO clubs, the system will only load one page; i.e., September 1-16 and when I click the arrow at the bottom of the page to load the next set of available reservations, I see a spinning circle with the words "loading" and the page never loads.

I ran into this a few days ago and didn't bother to call in as I thought it was temporary. I've tried searching on two different computers and I cannot get past the first page of reservations.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

This has been happening for me for at least a couple months, if not longer. I'm sometimes able to refresh the page to see the next set but that doesn't always work either. To get around it, I change the sort by order until I can see more.

Thank you IslandTime. It is now working. I was told by Hyatt to do the cookie fix but what worked was shutting down and restarting my computer. It works fine now. Good luck.
