How can you tell from the confirmation, or from the Bonvoy website, if a Ko Olina 2 bdm reservation has one entrance or 2?

It's not an Interval reservation:

You can still see the code in the URL for the room details. Look for roomPoolCode=. YOu may need to right click the Room Details link and open in a new tab to view the full URL.

I updated my post a little. You need to bring up the reservation in Marriott.com. Not sure if they are trying to make a reservation or have an existing one?

They have a reservation - they don't know how to find whether it is one or 2 entrances.

We had an Ocean front two bedroom Marriott KoOlina that had one entrance. It wasn't a lock off. It was a decent sized unit.

Denise, you've gotten good information. If it's a direct points reservation they can see that info in their points reservation screen. If it's a week reservation they should be able to see that info under their Weeks owned Summary then view weeks reservation and history.

It could also be a Marriott.com reservation.
