If you're speaking of all the resorts that now fall into Club Wyndham Prefer West and Prefer Hawaii (page 301 of the directory), I just checked all of them and they appear to follow the 10-month window. I assume they can be booked at 13 months for owners in those clubs/ownership types. All of them had availability for me at 10 months except four which were 100% blocked in all months (Little Sweden, Vino Bello, Whispering Woods, and Lawai Beach Resort), which seems similar to the inexplicable inventory blocks we've seen at times with various Wyndham resorts.
Just a minor correction, the RARP for VIP owners allows them to book at 11 months, but the number of RARP's should be: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively for Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Founders owners, rather than the 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 that this document lists.

What's the timeline on the points deposit feature? If that's a reference to the ability to bank the current use year's points to a future use year, this seems both backward and misplaced. The dates on this timeline refer to months before the check-in date of the reservation being booked. The 9/8/6/4/3 month timeline on points deposit is the months during an owner's use year, not tied to reservations. Also, 9 months (which would be 9 months before the end of an owner's use year) is the last day for non-VIPs to bank forward, and 3 months before use year end is the Gold VIP deadline.
Under the 12 Months section I would add: Last day for Founders/Platinum VIPs to use points deposit feature
Separating out the points deposit timeline works great and is much clearer. I’d just point out that “Last day for Non-VIPs to use points deposit feature” still shows up in the 3-month reservation timeline slot.
