This resort within TUG has been neglected for awhile, and I wanted to get it sorted out properly! likely the reason it hasnt had a review in some time (until recently).

Thanks to a TUG member who reached out to let me know it could use some work, so id like to dig into this and get it sorted. Resort name/phase/etc changes are always cumbersome to navigate!

based on the MAIN resort information page (on TUG), this was provided years ago to explain the different phases:

There are four (4) Associations at Bluebeard's castle Resort. They are Hilltop, Hilltop 3, Villas 1, and Pirate's Pension (PP). Your unit number determines which association you belong to.

Villas I (Units 155-175)
Hilltop (Units 211-330)
Hilltop Villas 3 (Units 100-154, 200-210)
Pirates Pension (Units 392-422)
as I understand it, villas 1 is gone and or otherwise not rebuilt after a hurricane? as such ive removed villas 1 from the TUG resort list.

which leaves:

Hilltop Villas
Villas 3
Pirates Pension

believe this is now correct? though there has been only one review of this resort at all in years. If anyone has stayed at either hilltop or castle villas 3 recently, can get a free 1 year membership extension with submitting a decent/updated review!

Resorts Owned
Bluebeards Castle, Virgin Islands and Bluegreen, U.S.
You will usually find Hilltop Villas 3 on Google maps, Expedia or Bluebeards.com called Castle Villas 3 as the old historic castle is built in-between 2 of the buildings. The others are correct.

Looking forward to a free year extension for a review of Hilltop :D.

As mentioned in review Villas 1 was voted to dissolve after Irma in 2017 destruction. There are new owners of that HOA property as of this last winter who are planning major renovations, in the USVI all things take a long time.
