You can keep it or change it! MF for '24 was 1766.23. If you enjoy the beach and Spring Training, this is a great resort! Buyer to pay transfer fees using LT Transfer. I own another week there and do not need this one.

Further, I am not sure where you are getting your rates from. I checked the Vistana Beach Club (Marriott) website and the OP's prime dates are "Sold Out". The following week is available at double the cost you have quoted and only if you pay in full now and it's non refundable. The flexible rate is 2.5X what you have quoted.

If you are going to pee on someone's parade, you should at least get your facts correct.

Very generous to offer for free. Beachfront properties in this area, in small hotel rooms, rent for way more than the maintenance fee. This is great for someone who would use it.

I absolutely disagree. We're not a place to "get rid of bad timeshares free". We're not scummy timeshare sales weasels, are we? It's a forum to discuss all things timeshares, including potentially negative topics (from seller's perspective) related to them - so potential new owners can know what they're signing up for. Like, for example, most HICV resale properties not getting access to points bookings on other properties. Or Westgate being a total garbage in resale. Even if I'm wrong about this particular property, these were valid findings where certain dates had availability at a price similar to MF, so buyer beware.

If someone asked for advice or an opinion on the property I would have no issue with anyone responding honestly, that is what TUG exists for.

I personally dont think an unsolicited post bagging on someone's free giveaway in their own giveaway thread is terribly appropriate though...even if perhaps not laid out in black in white in the posting guidelines it is a fairly widespread activity that is frowned upon across the internet and that was why I removed the comment.

We've stayed here once, unfortunately during hurricane Ian, so everything in the area was closed and the weather was bad. We still liked the resort and plan to come back someday.

Remember, this ownership has Vistana Priority thru II for all Westin/Vistana/Sheraton and now Marriott Priority (after initial MAR period) as well.
Good way to get into Nanea or WKORV

We stayed at Vistana Beach Club on an exchange in 2023. It was beautiful there. This is a nice place to stay, if I didn’t have another timeshare in March I would like to rent this ? Good deal for some lucky tugger.
