Very few of the 2BR’s are Deluxe units — they are hard to find, but worth the search.
Best,
Greg
There are indeed a few (<50%?) "Deluxe" units at the Enclaves. They are essentially two one-bedroom units; one side is larger than the other. But, there are also standard 2br lock-offs and dedicated 2br units.
Threads and pics here for deluxe (and some regular)

They are sold as part of a hybrid package but you can also buy them through resales department.Of course, I saw @SeaDoc post that Marriott had some great resale prices on DSV I think (1?). Not sure if they were enrolled or not.
I'm following way back in your footsteps. Very far....
Thanks. I saw lots of different quotes on the number of DLX units from the construction days....20%, 50% (of a bldg.) Would love to know the actual numbers...might be a very good retirement-buy option.

The sliding wall is in all of the "1br" sides of the lock off units. The true studio side of the non deluxe lock offs, are normal marriott type studios.
The sliding wall is a very thin with spaces around and under, significantly reducing privacy. I do not consider the 1br side of these units to be true 1brs for this reason.
I don't know as I've never been in a dedicated 2BR at the Enclaves. But I can't imagine they would completely alter the floorplan for a dedicated unit, and presume it is there. So, does the dedicated 2br have the 'slider' wall too? Pics are so confusing on the website.
