Anyone else getting this message when trying to log on to hgvclub.com? Was able to log on this morning with no problem....thanks.

Could it be b/c I've been changing my reservation nightly? Is that a no-no? I realize that I really don't need to since the system doesn't recognize my existing reservation so I can't effectively shift and add days. I just want to ensure that I get my start date and been changing when I see it available as our dates of travel are not set.

HGVC website still sukz!

The HGVC web application is by far the worse website that I deal with. There seems to be a different "quirk" every week!

Was able to log on this morning. Now wondering if this affected everyone, if so, i wish they had system-wide update/error message of some sort. Good luck to you that have been have trouble as well.

i wish they had system-wide update/error message of some sort.

That would require a minimally effective website, and it's my understanding that HGVC doesn't have one of those.

I wasn't able to log in at 04:30 and when I try now, it doesn't do anything.

It seems to me HGVC had issues about this time last year or maybe about the time when I was ready to pay our MF's. You'd like to think in this day in age Hilton could produce some sort of working website. It's not as if there aren't plenty of other examples out there of functional and working timeshare websites to look at.

I somehow cannot login to the HGVC site. Anyone else having the same problem ?

It's working fine for me this morning. You may have hit a system maintenance window trying in middle of the night, servers are on EST time.

Called HGVC and they agree there is a problem preventing me from logging in, but the dont know what it is. They passed the complaint on to another department....
