331A is off of Del Webb Dr.....you will not have a view from the unit. The A units are lower units with a full kitchen, small bedroom and 2 sleeper sofas with a full bath.

You will be a bit early for the full colors, but there are lots of festivals and events going on in the area during October.

Since you did not say what you like to do, I can't really make recommendations.
