Some suggestions.

Please list the unit size. For unit size you say see in the link but that link is just the resort home page.

Sounds like you have owned this for some time. What makes it a great resort? What are some fun things to do at the resort or nearby? Any good restaurants nearby? Have you traded this unit for another resort (internal or exchange company)? If so, what kind of trades were you able to get?

Who pays for closing? If looking to move it quickly paying closing will increase those odds.

The changes will help your chances, especially free closing. After looking at eBay, there are 5 active auctions for Summit. They are all starting at $1.00 bid and with free closing. One of the five has one bid. That one is shown as floating 1-52, which if correct is more valuable then your float period. There are 13 completed auctions. 9 had no bids, 4 had bids ranging from $1.00 to $19.25. Most that I could tell had better float periods as yours or were fixed weeks. All had free closing from what I can tell.

Your offer is fair but as you can see there is lots of competition, even at free with all closing paid by the seller. You can be patient, and occasionally bump the thread by posting something (add a picture, or details about multiple vacations using trades with the 4 bedroom). Doing so will bring your thread back to the top of the free timeshare forum for more visibility. If it were me, and I wanted to be rid of it ASAP, I would offer a VISA gift card at closing (maybe $250 to $500). This would separate your offer from the other free offerings. An offer like that should hopefully bring an offer. Another option would be to pay the 2024 MF and give free 2024 usage to the buyer.

Best of luck!
