The Maintenance fee is $5.23 per thousand and the program fee varies according to how many Wyndham points you own. Since we own over 400,000 points, our program fee is $32.13. If you own no other points there is a minimum fee of $98 per membership. The $117 program fee you referred to is for members with Plus Partners.
