Free Egret Point Hilton Head weeks 11, 12, 13 or 35

All are Annual
Yearly Maintenance fee $725-$850

1.) "Egret Point" 3 bedroom week 11 Saturday check-in.
2.) "Egret Point" 2 bedroom week 12 Saturday check-in.
3.) "Cottages At Shipyard" 2 bedroom week 13 Saturday check-in
4.) "Cottages At Shipyard" 3 bedroom week 35 Saturday check-in

All trade well with RCI.
The buyer will be responsible for $125 transfer fee. The buyer will be responsible for the $1,500 "Maintenance/Tax advancement"(Spinnaker requires that you pay $1,500 for future maintenance/taxes-- The buyer receives a $1,500 CREDIT on their ownership.)
Other closing costs should be nominal. You or I can prepare the DEED and record it.
These rent very easily for more than the Maintenance fees.

It is condo #47.

I will be calling Resort On Monday to find out 2013 Fees. I doubt that they have determined 2014 yet.

2 bed Egret Point $668
3 bed Egret Point $741
2 bed Cottages $684
3 bed Cottages $747

2014 fees have yet to be determined.

It does get much better than Hilton Head.

I doubt that the condo documents filed with the state allow for the HOA extorting a two year pre-payment as a condition of transferring ownership.

I am sure you are right.

Maybe you can persuade them to waive the $1,500 advancement for you. I just want to give it away. ******* I do not get any of the $1.500 Maintenance/Tax advancement.
