We inherited a beautiful timeshare, but we have no use for it. We live on the East Coast, and the Hyatt Platinum Collection Resorts are in the West. If you are reading this you already know that these are Premium resorts with excellent golfing, skiing, and beaches.

What properties are in the Platinum Collection?

Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk, San Diego Area
Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge, Lake Tahoe
Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis, Palm Springs Area
Hyatt Vacation Club at The Ranahan, Breckenridge
Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, Branson
Hyatt Vacation Club at Sirena del Mar, Cabo San Lucas
One Village Place Residences, Lake Tahoe
The Residences at El Corazon de Santa Fe

You can also exchange through II and RCI.

We have already paid the 2024 dues for you! We will also cover the Hyatt transfer fee and LT Transfers fee to complete the transfer paperwork.

$1911. If you pay by having them take it directly from your checking account there is a 1.5% discount - 1882.34.

Msg me jazdop12@gmail.com I may be interested buy thank you, Jordan
I notice that you have been commenting on almost all of the free timeshare postings in the past few weeks that you are interested and asking the posters to contact you.

It came out in this thread https://tugbbs.com/forums/threads/f...sney-resorts-never-2-bedrooms-anymore.359593/ that you are asking the sellers for cash incentives to take their timeshares.

While I am not sure if this is against any rules of the forum, it certainly isn’t in the spirit that we are trying to achieve here - helping fellow members.
It appears to be more of a shakedown.

Newbie. I do not believe the PM will go through
I was not aware of any such rule. I didn't receive an error saying that the message did not go through. Are you certain?

There is something about the number of postings before they can send (or is it receive or both?) PM. You can email the admin or one of the moderators. I have seen that mentioned a couple of times.

Edit: Just found this in another posting. It is 3 postings for private messages to work. See the entry by the admin. It is message #6 in the link below.
