I would like to know what steps I need to take to get rid of my Timeshare at Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove. The unit is paid off and I currently am do to pay the annual maintenance fee. I realize I will most likely not get any money for it and I am fine with that. The Maintenance fee is paid every other year. Thanks in advance.

What is the value? I suspect it lost a lot of value this year as maintenance fees are expected to increase significantly. There is also pending litigation between the HOA and MVW. I suspect this might end up having to be a freebie giveaway.

I’d recommend adding the number of Hyatt points associated with the week. Good luck!

Also need clarification if maintenance fees are only paid in the use year or every year. There may be some other disclosures that should come along with this type of listing.

How would I determine the value? My current maintenance fee which is due shortly is whats listed.

I think this is more of a rhetorical question - what you already posted is just fine.

When advertising this, you may want to point out the location. I assume this is in Bonita Springs in Florida.

Most Timeshares are worth little or nothing on the resale market so don't expect a huge amount. I would recommend that you go to www.Redweek.com
and see what similar weeks are being sold for.

Upon finding a taker, use someone that knows what they are doing to transfer the title. I recommend www.LTTransfers.com

Go to the LT Website and check out their services -- they are the best in the business!
