If it is scheduled maintenance, why would they schedule this for a Saturday afternoon? Most companies know to schedule these types of things for low usage times such as early mornings or late at night. Not in the prime use periods of weekend days.

I just called II, the guy I spoke with said they are trying to "fix the problem" and it should be available "hopefully within a couple of hours"
