I bought resale at woodstone. I’m wondering would we be able to use the amenities such as the other pools and gym the week we’re there? It’s disappointing we can’t get the gold card as we only live a couple hours away but I hope we can at least use all the amenities the week we’re there. It’ll get expensive having to pay for things to do every day of our stay.
The amenities are now covered by the resort fee when you are stay onsite. Gold card owners have to pay them too. Non owners who exchange in through rci have to pay a higher resort fee ($10.95 per day vs $7.95 per day for owners)

Can a resale owner (The Summit) will be able to split their 4 bd unit directly with the resort? Will they be able to use the amenities and the water park?

thanks

For a float summit you need to reserve a week but Massanutten automatically confirms as 2 separate units in the same building. The water park is open to the public so anyone can go if they pay the entrance fee. The onsite ammenities are available to anyone staying at the resort. The current resort fee, I think is $4.50 per bedroom per day for owners (resale and retail)
