Honestly - before we even had kids we were in bed by midnight the latest. And while my wife likes a cocktail or a glass of wine here and there, I rarely drink.

It seems like the property would be fine for us with a three year old. Hopefully by next year when I'm looking to travel the construction is done. Like I said, we loved new oeleaans with a 2 year old - and nothing can be a bigger party town than NOLA - and we surely didn't feel like we were missing out.

How we look at life is in accord with the song by the Byrds "Turn Turn Turn". There is a time to sow and a time to reap. A time to bring up children and a time to party. Our children are grown, this is our time to party and not babysit. You may enjoy different things than we do. For us South Beach is a party place without children. I am sure you will have a blast doing what you like to do in South Beach as a family. Enjoy.
