Does anyone know what a Pearl unit is? Do we ever get an Ocean View? The seller says the view varies - but what does that mean? Does it rotate like some resorts do to garden view/Ocean view etc?

Is a Pearl unit a good unit to buy? They say it is a 2 bedroom unit. They are part of Consolidated Resorts - do they do internal trades to any of their other resorts? Is there a fee?

I am not sure what the Pearl is. MBV is a part of Consolidated Resorts, but they do not trade inter-company. I have tried. There are 3 different views from the units. One building faces the ocean and is 5 stories high....great views. The others have limited ocean views and not as tall...2 stories. The 2 bedroom units can be in all 3 buildings.
We have a 1 bdrm unit once a year, and have used it 9 out of the past 10 years. This year we will rent it out, as we are going to Grand Seas Resort in Daytona Bch FL.
I hope this helps.
