As PR owners we've been treated better at some non PR resorts than we have at some PR resorts. So much for the special benefits of staying in a PR unit at a PR resort. 😾

So how does booking Presidential units work? Does this mean if you own at a resort that has Presidential units you can book them from 13-10 months? Is this different for UDI vs deeded resorts? I see where Kingstown Reef has Presidential Reserve but Bonnet Creek just has Presidential. It would seem that Kingstown Reef would only be available to PR owners with PR benefits that own at Kingstown Reef from 14-13 months, then any PR owner from 13-10. However, Bonnet Creek would be available to anyone that owns at Bonnet Creek from 13-10 and then anyone else <10?

The Directory has a decent explanation on page 302-303.

I think Bonnet Creek has both. So, any owner can book the "Presidential" inventory under the normal Club Wyndham rules, but the "Presidential Reserve" inventory is (partially) held back for PR owners. Think of the Presidential Reserve inventory as a separate resort that happens to be co-located, with different exchange rules.

Here's the map with all locations:

Presidential units aren't PR units, though they basically look the same in most cases. BC has both Presidential and PR units. Many resorts do. Here's the link to the list of actual PR participating resorts:

It does a good job of explaining Presidential Reserve. Unless I missed it, it doesn't really explain the difference between Presidential and Presidential Reserve. I think I understand it now.

If it helps, a non-PR owner can book a presidential suite at a resort that has them (like Avon, or Bonnet Creek in Building 6). However, a non-PR owner will not receive the PR "goodies" in the presidential unit (e.g., robes, slippers, upgraded shampoo and conditioner and whatever else that particular property offers PR owners (e.g., gift baskets, candy, wine, free parking, gift certificates).

Sheraton properties have both a bar on the sink as well as a pump hand soap. We prefer the pump.
Yeah the Sheraton Vistana pump hand soap is very nice if you have little kids. They do not wash their hands as well with the bar soap.
