Is there any consensus of what is the best company to use to sell a timeshare? A company with a good reputation, low overall seller's costs (preferably, no up-front costs, or if they exist, refundable costs), low buyer's costs, and legal timeshare transfer procedures?

Thank you.

Redweek and TUG Marketplace will probably be best. SMTN is a high upfront fee timeshare resale listing company. Same goes for TimesharesOnly.

Your timeshare may be worth $0. Most timeshares are worth less than 10% of the amount the developer charges.

If its worth zero there is a Bargain Deals TUG forum where you can give it away. But it really just depends what you own that you are trying to get rid of.

Welcome to TUG, @evanh6402
You may put your ownership in your profile, and then we can make additional recommendations.

Under no circumstances SMTN. They charge a hefty fee, and they do not give any guidance to the seller that the seller's price is completely unrealistic The vast majority of listings I have seen on SMTN are unimaginable. Even if offered for $1, SMTN's hefty fee may make the buyer go elsewhere.

There may be Facebook groups for your timeshare. Search for that too.
