The funny, not so funny, part of this is the number of retail owners who have already paid tens of thousands of dollars but before January and are not in Max..... Some over $100k.

I don't understand what you are saying.

I had a conflict with HGV... But Before I did the purchase, I got someone from sales to provide me with the details... This was for a resale. Because I got the rules upfront, they honored them. The rules were changing as I started the process. But Hilton honored the process I followed because I had it in writing
