TREE TOPS RESORT close to downtown Gatlinburg, TN
Flex/Floating Week that is paid-in-full
The annual usage weeks are 1-21 (January-May), 36-39 (September) and 44-52 (November-December)
My deeded week is 50 (December)
This is a 1BR +1BA unit with a pull out couch
MF = $635 due prior to 01 FEB 2024. I WILL PAY THE 2024 MF!
They have an exchange program with RCI (requires membership). I currently DO NOT have a membership to transfer.

I WILL PAY ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSFER OF THE DEED!!

This unit is still available. We're looking to transfer as quickly as possible. We don't get the chance to travel as much as we would like due to some health concerns. I would be willing to add an additional year of maintenance fees ($635) that could be used for the fees, or for your first trip. The additional money would be sent upon successful transfer. I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to review the listing!
